At NEXCELL, we are committed to delivering high-quality lithium battery solutions. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our products are covered.

Warranty Coverage

All NEXCELL lithium battery products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal use.

Warranty Period

• Standard lithium battery packs: [3–5 Years] Limited Warranty
• Warranty period starts from the date of purchase

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Battery performance issues under normal operating conditions
• Internal failures (e.g., BMS malfunction not caused by misuse)

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Improper installation or wiring
• Physical damage (drops, impact, water exposure)
• Overcharging, deep discharging, or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Use outside specified voltage/current limits
• Damage due to environmental factors (heat, fire, moisture)
• Normal wear and capacity degradation over time

Installation Requirement

For high-voltage or large battery systems, installation must be performed by:

• Certified solar technicians
• Qualified electricians

 Improper installation will void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team with:
   • Proof of purchase
   • Product details / serial number
   • Description of the issue
2. Our technical team may:
   • Request photos/videos
   • Perform remote diagnostics
3. If approved:
   • You will receive a Return Authorization (RMA)
   • Product must be returned for inspection

Inspection & Resolution

After receiving the product:

• We will inspect for defects or misuse
• If covered under warranty, we will:
  • Repair, or
  • Replace the product (at our discretion)

Shipping for Warranty Claims

• Customer is responsible for sending the product
• NEXCELL will cover return shipping only if defect is confirmed

 All lithium battery returns must comply with Hazmat shipping regulations

Warranty Void Conditions

Your warranty will be void if:

• Battery is opened or tampered with
• BMS (Battery Management System) is modified
• Serial number is removed or altered
• Product is used in unsafe or unauthorized conditions

Limitation of Liability

NEXCELL shall not be responsible for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of business, profit, or data
• Damages caused by improper use or installation

Performance Disclaimer

Battery performance (capacity, cycle life) may vary based on:

• Temperature
• Load conditions
• Depth of discharge (DoD)
• Charging cycles
